Our Wood Fired Smoker Oven can serve as few as 50, and up to thousands of people, with 20 acres of land to enjoy. We are just across the street from a Super Wal-Mart. Colby Kansas is a great stopping place between Kansas City and Denver. Bourquin's Wood Fired Smoker Oven has rolled to Sturgis, SD Loveland, CO, Kansas City, MO, and has also served celebrations right at home, including the Circus, and US Army. Grandma Shirley's BBQ Sauce receives raves everywhere we serve.

Guests seem to love our BBQ Pulled Pork. Put that together with Brats and Spicy Colored Peppers and Onions served on fresh bakery buns. Wow! And of course, no barbecue is complete without fresh smoked beans.On site events would be prepared in the 120 year-old Union Pacific Railroad Depot, formerly known as Bourquin's Old Depot Restaurant, and could have a larger option of entrees available.
